It’s undeniable that Zimbabwe has a lot of talented artists. Most have managed to capture the attention of local mainstream media. Others have a mass following from local audiences. But we acknowledge that we live in the global village. It gives us so much pride when we have our very own signed. Recently upcoming singer Shashl got signed to a major record label. Other Zimbabweans who have music deals with major record labels include Simba Tagz and Mr Kamera. There are more artists who should benefit from major record label deals.
