- Experience in the provision of healthy diet
- Knowledge of special diet e.d diabetic, sloppy, soft and light diet
- Halaal certificate required
- Knowledge of special pediatric diets
- Provide proof of registration
- Prepared for inspection of the premises where food is prepared
- Certificate of hospital food services specialist as an added advantage
