Seh Calaz proudly defends his religious choice.

Zimdancehall chanter Seh Calaz made the headlines recently when images of him in apostolic regalia surfaced online. Whilst most people thought these were images from a video shoot, it emerged that that the singer has now turned his religious attention to an apostolic church. Of course this puzzled his followers.

Calaz became the subject of ridicule prompting him to make an official statement about the issue. Calaz said that religion is like a shoe and one should fine one that fits them. He further stated that it was improper for one to impose their choice of church on another person. The singer said that most people, in fact, were regurlars at these apostolic shrines but tried to shy away from such because they believe it is a shameful thing.

Most people who attend apostolic churches are recognized by their shiny, bald heads and humble demenour, a complete opposite to the singer’s character. He attends church in his dreadlocks, putting a new spin to the “madzibaba” name tag. Some of his fans were questioning whether his slay queen girlfriend Moira will join him next time he attends church as she seemed to be nowhere in sight when the pictures were taken. Others have found it hard to reconcile his musical calling, particularly the fact that he sings zimdancehall and his religious choices.
