Zimpapers Launches Zimpapers Television Network (ZTN)

Zimpapers launches its own television station, Zimpapers Television Network (ZTN). The television station by the state-owned media company is currently airing its shows on Youtube and Facebook.

For months now, ZTN has been building up on social media with photos of the presenters and shows. The television network was the first to debut exclusively actor Tongayi Chirisa’s music video for ‘Usacheme’.  The content is aimed to entertain whilst providing a commercial unit that creates amazing TV productions.

Some of the shows that they have started airing are Pachiteshi, Our Conversations, and You Think So? ZTN will feature shows that are hosted by several familiar faces from media and entertainment. Some of the presenters include Karen Paida, Nico Abote, Doc Vikela and gospel rapper Prophecy.

The network is also planning on airing all its shows on its website. However, it is unlikely that ZTN will be competing against DStv or Kwese TV.
