Winky D Announces New Album Release

Winky D is off to a great start in 2018. Two of his tracks topped the Coke Top 50 Video of the year. Now he is preparing for his new album.

Titled ‘Gombwe’, the album is scheduled for release on his birthday, 2 February. It will be hosted at the Harare International Conference Center.

The Ninja President also took time to thank his fans on his Facebook page. He posted:

“It is with great pleasure that I hereby congratulate all `Gafas who made it into this new year in Gafaful style. I wish all of you a Gafaful new year with bigger and better energies to conquer the challenges of the past, present and future.

Let me humble myself before all the Gafas for strengthening the resolve of the movement, by voting in huge numbers to secure victory for the 2 videos that made it 1st position(Rugare) and 2nd position (My Woman) in the Coke Top 50 Video of the year brutal competition. Its all possible because of your love and support.

The long awaited new album titled GOMBWE, will be released and launched on the 2nd of February 2018 at the HICC. It carries my sensations, perceptions and precribed actions for past, present and future Gafa life.”
