1 It is one thing for your patner to check up on you here and there during the day or whenever you are not together. It is however a different issue altogether if they keep tailing you like some stalker. If your patner constantly keeps tabs on you an your day to day routine, demanding to know your whereabouts and timing your activities, it becomes some form of abuse.

2 If your patner gets so angry to the point of assaulting you, then there is no justification for such behaviour. Physical abuse is common in most relationships and sadly most people only take action when it is already too late.
