Promoter admits mistakes over Tuku concert.

There was a low turnout at the Tuku memorial gig which was held on Friday. The show, which was expected to be exposive judging from the star studded line up of artists, proved to be beyond expectations. This who had anticipated to get the show of a lifetime had their dreams watered down as the show did not live up to billing. Apparently there had been miscommunication between the organizers of the show and the artists. This had even resulted in zimdancehall artist Winky D pulling out of the show at the very last minute. His manager had stated that the organizers of the show had not been forthcoming with details. Partson Chimboza, of Chipaz records acknowledged that the gig had served as an eye opener to him for future projects. He said he had learnt the invaluable lesson of communicating in future. He also said that he was open to constructive criticism for the betterment of shows in future. Several artists, both local and international, perfomed at the event. These include Amayenge from Zambia, Mi casa from South Africa, Alick Macheso, Selmor Mtukudzi and Jah Prayzah among others. The concert was organized
