Bulawayo Man Kills Best Friend Over Who Knew South Africa Better

What a sad outcome to a unnecessary debate. A 21 year old Bulawayo man Lwazi Mtetwa stabbed his best friend 22 year old Thabo Thebe over who knew South Africa better.

The two friends are said to have been drinking when the argument got heated up. Mtetwa is said to have stabbed Thebe in the neck before stabbing him three more times.

A witness said the 21 year old killer seemed sober soon after realizing he had stabbed his friend to death. “He stood over the bloody body looking lost until police came and arrested him”, said the witness.
