‘Afcon in focus’ set to blow fans away.

A new football show called Afcon In Focus is set to put the upcoming Afcon tournament into perspective. The show which will air today at 2pm will highlight the pros and cons of Zimbabwe participating at the biggest event in African football.

The presenter of the show Ian Zvoma will have in studio former footballer Alois Bunjira to dissect the teams that will be playing against Zimbabwe which is in group A. It will face off against Uganda,Egypt and DRC.

Zimbabwe will take on Egypt in the opening match on the 21st of June. The show will give an analysis of what to expect in that opening game and the other matches to follow. Alois Bunjira and Ian Zvoma will give viewers an in depth analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the Zimbabwran team as well as it’s opponents at the Afcon tournament.

Most people are pinning their hopes on the warriors to give a sterling performance and proceed to the next round of the tournament. Afcon in focus will however level out the chances of the warriors getting to the next round and the likelihood of winning the cup by analysing all factors that have a bearing on their perfomance. Afcon in focus will go live on ZBC newsonline at 2pm as advertised on the page earlier on.

There has been much anticipation over the show as most people are debating on whether Zimbabwe will make it at the tournament. The show was produced by veteran sports journalist Francis Nyamutsamba. It will also assist those who have never been keen on football matters but are now anxious to know since Zimbabwe is participating at Afcon.
