Zim fashion designer set to showcase his work in Nigeria.

Zimbabwean socialite and fashion icon Gilmore Tee has is set to show off his work at the GT Bank Fashion week in Lagos Nigeria. It is one of the leading fashion platforms in Africa. The event will run from 9 -10 November.

Gilmore is one of the most stylish personalities in Zim. He recently made it into this year’s Forbes magazine. Participation at the event will allow him to make connections as well as market his talent. The fashion show is a free business platform designed to market Africa’s growing fashion industry.

Gilmore is excited at the opportunity and stated,”Any opportunity to learning and and exchanging dialogue is greatly appreciated. Apart from attending, I will be doing public relations for the brand Haus of Stone which I believe is the leading fashion brand in Zimbabwe”.

Gilmore is the brains behind the Intwasa fashion show and iFashion Fest. The designer has worked hanbin hand with prominent names such as Ara Kani and Thembani Mubochwa. Interesting to note is the fact that Lagos seems to be overtaking Cape Town as the city of fashion in Africa.

Gilmore will indeed put up his A game and show what Zinbabweans are made of. The young designer has an exclusive fashion taste and most of his designs are purely reminiscent of excellent craftsmanship.
