Katsande lands at Sekhukhune
Former Warriors and Kaizer Chiefs captain Willard Katsande has reportedly joined his fellow countrymen among them Tapuwa Kapini and Talent Chawapiwa at Sekhukhune United after signing a two-year contract with the club.
Katsande who became a free agent after his contract with Amakhosi was not renewed at the end of the 2020/21 season after spending a decade at the club will begin his new journey under Gavin Hunt.
The 35-year-old Zimbabwean who was offered a technical role at the Soweto giants decided it is not yet time to hang his boots and feels he still has something to offer considering his experience.
The Kempton Park club is also home to other Zimbabweans namely Evans Rusike, McClive Phiri, Walter Musona and Charlton Mashumba.
It is also believed that Caps United midfielder Blessing Sarupinda is set to join Babina Noko.
