Zimbabweans in the diaspora can now buy groceries online for their families in Zimbabwe using the recently launched online shopping platform called Zim Shoppa! Zim Shoppa is a platform created and owned by logistics company in South Africa called NMD Logistics.

The Midrand based logistics company saw the need to create an eCommerce platform to assist Zimbabweans struggling to send groceries to their loved ones due to the restrictions on buses which have for many years been the primary mode of transporting food and essentials for families in Zimbabwe.

Zim Shoppa strives to alleviate this challenge by allowing Zimbabweans to shop from the comfort of their home for various food Combos, which can be delivered to doorsteps in Harare and outskirts at an extra cost between 7-10 working days.
