Ginimbi arrested for fraud
Ginimbi was recently picked up by police and arrested for fraud. The flamboyant business man was arrested yesterday for allegedly undervaluing his car in a bid to pay less important duty. The Bentley was purchased by Ginimbi a few weeks ago. He was later on visited by officers from Zimra who demanded him to hand over the car on allegations of having defrauded the revenue authority by stating that his car was valued at less than the 1.9 million rands it is estimated. After the altercation spilled into court, Ginimbi was ordered by high court judge Webster Chinamora to pay additional money.
Ginimbi was accompanied by his lawyer Jonathan Samkange when he handed himself iver to police yesterday. This is not the first time that the business man has had a brush with the law. He still has a money laundering case to answer which is yet to go to trial. Ginimbi recently bought a Ferrari and social media has been flooded with images of him purchasing his new addition to his already large fleet of luxurious cars.
Ginimbi has two range rovers, two Bentleys and a Mercedes Benz. His Domboshava mansion is indeed a sight for sore eyes as it is decorated by the state of the art cars. The arrest comes at a time when Ginimbi is still mourning the death of his mother who passed away recently.
