Grace slapped with high court order to pay lawyer.

Former first lady Grace Mugabe and her son were both ordered to oay a local firm over US 278 304 to settle legal fees for services rendered

It is alleged that Manase and Manase legal practitioners represented Grace in a lawsuit against a Lebanese business man and in several other court cases from December 2016. Grace wanted to recover some money that she had paid to the businessman for a diamond ring. Manase and Manase were represented her in all the court applications in a bid to recover her money. They alleged they had not been paid for their legal services

Grace was ordered by the high court judge F Chatukuta to pay the fees in a chamber application filed by the legal practitioners. When Grace subsequently applied for rescission of that judgement it was dismissed by judge E Mushore
