Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the position o Human Resources Manager at the Zimbabwe Passenger Company
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparing strategic manpower plans
- Formulating human resource policies,procedures and systems
- Preparing and monitoring annual human resource budget
- Designing training programmes and ensuring training is done according to the programme
- Ensuring all labour statutes and regulations are adhered to
- Managing the recruitment and selection process
- Managing the company’s perfomance and management systems
- Managing and maintaining the company’s human resources in line with company policies
- Managing employee relations
- Advising the company on market remuneration trends and competitive conditions of service
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE - Degree in Human Resources Management or Social Science
- A post graduate qualification such as Higher National Diploma IPMZ or Master’s Degree in Business Administration is an added advantage
- At least 7 years post graduate experience of which 3 years should be at management level
- Strong knowledge of the labour Act
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- A high degree of emotional intelligence and self awareness
- Knowledge of the RBM an SAP is an added advantage
- At least 5 years post graduate experience
- Experience in the transport industry is an added advantage
- Computer literacy
