Angolan President Paid Nicki Minaj $2M For His Christmas Party Whilst Most Angolans Live Below $2 A Day

How’s that for a President! Angolan President Jose Eduardo dos Santos reportedly splashed a whopping $2 million on Nicki Minaj when she performed at his Christmas Part in Luanda last year.

Despite human rights activists and critics called on Nicki Minaj to cancel her private concert for the controversial Angolan President, the hip hop star jetted in Angola and went ahead with the performance.

The President faced criticism for spending such an amount of money in a country where over 24 million people live on less than $2 a day.
