ManLuckerz Set to Thrill Fans at Stockholm’s Jazz Hotel Hellsten

Renowned Sweden-based Afro-fusion musician Luckson Chikuru, popularly known as ManLuckerz, will return to Stockholm’s Jazz Hotel Hellsten this Saturday for a highly anticipated two-hour live performance. The Gutu-born artist, who leads the Zim-Traditional Unity Band, last graced the venue in May to a memorable reception.

Speaking from his base in Uppsala, Sweden, ManLuckerz expressed excitement about performing in Stockholm again. “We have previously performed at Stockholm’s Jazz Hotel Hellsten and we are delighted to travel there for the second time this year,” he said. “We consider it to be our home field. When we perform at Jazz Hotel Hellsten, we feel at home. We gain new fans each time we play there. We are delighted by this and have the chance to reach out to a new audience.”

The Afro-fusion artist said the upcoming gig would revive fond memories from his last performance, which he described as “epic.” He added, “It was a great show, we had good attendance and we delivered. It is always refreshing to perform at this venue.”

ManLuckerz leads the Zim-Traditional Unity Band, a multinational ensemble that has remained intact since its formation. The band is known for blending Zimbabwean traditional sounds with contemporary Afro-fusion rhythms, creating a unique musical experience that resonates with audiences across Europe.

Fans attending the Saturday performance can expect a carefully curated setlist, combining past hits such as “Macharangwanda” with new material that highlights ManLuckerz’s evolving sound.
