She would tell me that you’re no longer the child that I raised… Ever since I started doing drugs, I didn’t feel like I was myself anymore,” he admitted.

He emphasized the importance of rehab, stating, “Rehab is helpful. It’s a new thing, a place where you go to when you’re being removed from places that make you attracted to drugs.” Through group discussions and support from other recovering addicts, he was able to confront the underlying issues that led him to substance abuse.
