Econet tariffs up again

Econet has once again caused outrage to its large number of customers after hiking tariffs. The giant telecoms company has the largest number of subscribers in Zimbabwe. What made it even more difficult for subscribers is the current lockdown that has necessitated the need to be on social media often. School going children have been using the internet to study and even conduct lessons online while adults have had to catch up in the latest updates on the pandemic on social media platforms. The hike has therefore become a burden for most.

Econet is no stranger to hiking fees. Unlike its competitors, it regularly updates its pricing leaving most of its clients at pains to use their services. Below is the list of the new pricing structure
