Cassper Nyovest Sympathizing With Zimbabweans

Upon his Independence Day show in Bulawayo, some Zimbabweans were planning to boycott Cassper’s show to send a message to his fellow South Africans that they should stop xenophobia.

Whilst others advised him to cancel the show, the young rapper said he wouldn’t cancel the show and responded in the most heartfelt way possible.

Cassper tweeted that he’d donate all the proceedings from his Bulawayo show to those affected by xenophobia. He is one of the artists that have refused to remain silent and have stood up and used their voices and positions to help stop the xenophobic attacks.

Cassper went on a mile further consoling all Zimbabweans as he tweeted in Shona encouraging people to hold on and pray. It doesn’t matter if he got someone to do it for him; it’s the thought that counts!

We might be sold to team Cassper after this one. The same way not every Zimbabwean in South Africa isn’t a thief, not every South African is xenophobic.
