Motorist crashes into presidential building

A motorist battled to control his emotions last Friday when he crashed into the president’s building. The nervous motorist did not see it coming when his car was hit from the side by another car approaching from Samora Machel avenue into town. His car veered off the road aiming at the armed police man who was manning the building. The policeman had to make a run for his life.

The car eventually hit into the building leaving many people with mouths agape. The driver was completely shaken and had to be assisted to get out of his car. He was advised to take a seat and given some time to calm his nerves. The driver of he other car simply walked towards him with his hands in his pocket.

Most people felt pity for the driver who was evidently disturbed by the whole incident. Others commended the police man for showing compassion. The building that houses the president’s office is notorious for people being given serious lectures for even just answering a phone let alone crash into the building. Stories of people being smacked and at times Being detained for acting funny around that area are common. People are not allowed to greet each other as they approach the building or answer their phone.

Social media was full of comments about the crash incident and people felt sympathy for the driver. Having to start his day with such a nerve wracking incident must have dampened his spirits.
