Prophet Emmanuel Makandiwa Offers US$1 Million Challenge to Spiritual Figures

Prophet Emmanuel Makandiwa, the leader of the United Family International Church (UFIC), has sparked widespread debate after issuing a public challenge to prophets, traditional healers, and anyone claiming supernatural abilities. The renowned preacher has offered a staggering US$1 million cash reward to anyone who can accurately demonstrate their spiritual powers.

Addressing his congregation last Sunday, Makandiwa outlined the terms of the challenge, stating that he would place an object in his pocket, and anyone who could correctly identify it would receive the money. He assured full transparency, even offering to sign a legally binding agreement with the winner.

“If there is a witch doctor who can see, who gets to hear things from demons, I can arrange that you come here on Sunday,” Makandiwa declared.

“I won’t do anything difficult. I will put something in my pocket. The one who can tell me what is in my pocket—I will go and borrow US$1 million, and in front of all these people, we sign. We will sign an agreement where you will sue me.”

He further emphasized the significance of the challenge, calling it an opportunity for anyone claiming divine or supernatural insight to prove themselves publicly.

“I will stand here and ask you, ‘What is it that is in my pocket?’ Whether you’re a false or true prophet, this is your opportunity to rise,” he added.

Makandiwa also pointed out that winning the challenge would provide the recipient with substantial financial means to support their religious activities.

“It means with US$1 million, you will be able to buy a stand for the church and a PA system. I’m ready,” he stated.

Passion Java Counters with US$10 Million Challenge

Makandiwa’s bold challenge has elicited strong reactions, particularly from fellow religious leaders. Prophet Passion Java, a well-known Zimbabwean preacher, responded by raising the stakes significantly. Java countered with a US$10 million challenge, daring Makandiwa to perform a miracle.

“On Saturday, Mr. Makandiwa, I will bring a person with mobility impairment. If you manage to make them walk, I will give you US$10 million,” Java declared.

Meanwhile, another preacher, Miracle Paul, urged religious leaders to be cautious, warning that Makandiwa’s challenge could be a ploy to steal their spiritual powers.

Despite the skepticism, Java later hinted at accepting the challenge, posting on Facebook: “1 million USD loading… See you on Sunday!!”

With both Makandiwa and Java making bold claims, the religious community is eagerly watching to see if any spiritual leader will take up the challenge and if a definitive demonstration of supernatural abilities will be witnessed.
