2. Write a script

There’s a reason why people prepare and plan their presentations. Have your power-points in writing, it will help figure out what you are going to say and how you want to say it.

3. One point at a time

Make sure when you are in control of the points you give. Avoid mixing points and confusing your audience. What you’re saying should always go along with what’s on the screen or board. Once you’re done with your point, you move on to the next one.

4. Practice hand gestures

Your hand language is important when giving a presentation, always be aware of what your hands are doing. You can use them to keep your audience captivated, your hands should always agree with your words.

5. Ask Questions

When you know you’ve given your all and are confident, pose a question on your audience. Allow engagement with your audience with you asking the questions and answering them after every point.
