Costa Nhamoinesu scores for Sparta in Europa Cup
Zimbabwean international defender Costa Nhamoinesu was again in impressive form after scoring in Sparta Prague’s 3-1 victory over FC Thun in Europa League action on Thursday evening.
Sparta Prague conceded an early 5th minute goal but Zimbabwean international Costa Nhamoinesu ensured parity after notching in an equaliser in the 43rd minute.
Borek Dockal doubled Sparta Prague’s lead on the stroke of half time as the hosts went to the breather 2-1 in front.
The hosts controlled the second half with an injury time goal by Dockal handing Prague a two goal advantage heading into the Europa League second league play-off in Switzerland.
