UNESCO ICT In Education Prize
UNESCO is now accepting applications for organization’s only ICT in education prize. The theme for the 2015 Prize is Pedagogical Innovation in the Use of ICT in Teaching and Learning.
The UNESCO King Hamad Bin Isa Al Khalifa Prize for the Use of Information and Communication Technologies in Education is awarded annually to encourage and celebrate the creative use of ICT to encourage and celebrate the creative use of ICT to enhance learning, teaching and overall education performance.
The prize rewards individuals, institutions, non gvernmental organizations or rather entities for initiatives which successfully leverage ICT for education.
Every year two awards are issued to winners selected by an international jury. Each winner receives a cash prize of US $25,000.
