Zim midfielder Marvelous Nakamba moves to Aston Villa.

Zimbabwean midfielder Marvelous Nakamba has written his own historical piece by being the first ever local soccer player to be signed by football giants Aston Villa.

The 25 year old humble player was signed for an undisclosed fee. He moved from Belgian side Club Bruges. He had played for the team last season and had 18 caps for his country. Nakamba is the 12th signing for this summer at Aston Villa.

The team welcomed him with open arms. The manager Dean Smith remarked, ” He’s very mobile, very good in possession and will fit with our style of play”. Nakamba had indeed made his nation proud by being recognized by such a big international team such as Aston Villa.
