Ruvheneko reflects on her meeting Basetsana Khumalo

Ruvheneko was on cloud nine recently as she shared a sweet memory of her meeting with South African sensation Basetsana Khumalo. The two had met at the I am Woman conference which was held in Zimbabwe

Ruvheneko was clearly star struck and confessed that Bassie is her source of inspiration. She said she had always watched the star on Top billing and emulated her in a big way. Basetsana was one of the very first black women to be crowned Miss South Africa. She went on to form her own media company and was one of the brains behind Top billing. She boasts of a successful career spanning decades.

Ruvheneko said she had learnt a lot from Basetsana during the conference and was going to implement those tips to enhance her own media career.

Ruvheneko is one of the most bubbly and intelligent faces of the local media landscape. Fans were hopeful that the two would work together in future on a project
