Musona’s Saudi club goes on 4 game winless streak

Warriors captain Knowledge Musona will have to wait a little longer before he can celebrate a win after his Saudi side Al Tai was held to a goalless draw by Al Batin yesterday.

The draw was the first point picked up by the topflight league debutants who had lost all 3 of their previous encounters.

The draw left Musona’s Al Tai rooted at the basement of the Saudi Arabia topflight standings with just 1 point from 4 matches. Al Tai have scored just one goal while conceding 5. The only goal scored by the Saudi outfit came courtesy of Knowledge Musona from the penalty spot.

While it is still early days, Musona will be hoping his team begins to pick up points so as to ease the pressure given the sides poor start to their campaign.
