Fortunate Kufakunesu Shines at Phoenix Publishing Book Awards

Fortunate Kufakunesu, an accomplished Zimbabwean author, pastor, and life coach, has achieved a remarkable milestone by winning two prestigious awards at the third Phoenix Publishing Book Awards held recently in Harare. Her books, A Woman in Pursuit of Purposeful Destiny and Unleashing Her Potential: Guiding a Girl into an Empowered Woman, earned her accolades in the Inspiration category and the coveted title of Author of the Year.

The Phoenix Publishing Book Awards, launched in 2021, honor Zimbabwean authors for their exceptional contributions to literature. With categories ranging from fiction and poetry to motivational and spiritual works, the awards celebrate the diversity of local talent. Winners of the Author of the Year award are determined by votes from readers across social media platforms, highlighting the significant role of community engagement in recognizing literary excellence.
