Ecocash leaves clients stranded as poor service continues.

Ecocash continues to dissapoint customers with poor service and technical glitches. Customers are beibg left stranded because the ecicash platform id mainly out of service when it comes to paying out money. Most supermarkets such as born marche and OK are no longer affordibng customers the opportunity to pay foe goods with ecocash.

The purpoted system upgrade by Econet seems to have made service even poorer. Most ecocash users have vented their anger at the company for dissapointing them yet again.

Ecocash is the largest transacting platform in the country. It has millions of users. The poor service and inconvinience has certainly dealt a major blow to its customers.

Ecocash has assured usets that it will honour its commitment to providing world class service
