‘My Son is Not a Prop!’: Chelsea Hits Out at Holy Ten, Kim for Exploiting Sick Child

Tariro Chelsea Hlomayi, Holy Ten’s baby mama, has publicly criticized the rapper and his wife, Kimberly Richards, for using her son’s image on the cover of Holy Ten’s latest album Proud Father. The cover, featuring Holy Ten with his two sons, Mufaro and Mukudzeyi Junior, was widely praised online, with many celebrating the artist’s apparent effort to bond with his children. However, Chelsea claims that the gesture was more about publicity than genuine care for her child.

Chelsea expressed her frustration in an Instagram post, accusing both Holy Ten and Kim of exploiting her sick son for the sake of content. She stated that the image was merely part of a marketing strategy, portraying Kim as a loving mother figure, while in reality, Chelsea alleges, her son has been neglected by both parties.

“It’s very unfortunate that you would choose to exploit a sick child for content. A child you have neglected since he was born,” Chelsea wrote. She also criticized Kim for trying to distance herself from recent comparisons to Daisy Mtukudzi, who had faced similar accusations of being a cold stepmother.

Chelsea made it clear that she did not oppose her son being on the album cover at first, seeing it as part of his inheritance. However, the subsequent content and portrayal of Kim as a caring figure crossed a line for her. “You don’t owe my son anything, but using him just for content is way too low,” she wrote, accusing Kim of using her son to bolster her image.

In response, Holy Ten downplayed Chelsea’s accusations, describing them as “noise” meant to disrupt the rollout of his album. “It’s really just a little noise that’s trying to disturb the album. I feel like we should all be adults and ignore this stuff,” he said.

The situation has sparked heated debate online, with some supporting Chelsea’s stance, while others argue that Holy Ten’s public display of fatherhood should be commended.
