Sekuru Ndunge : mysteries unfold.

It was a dark day in Chipinge when its iconic figure sekuru Ndunge passed away a few weeks ago. The renowned traditional healer succumbed to diabetes at the age of 87.

Sekuru Nsungebis said to have helped hundreds of people from all over Zimbabwe and other parts of the world. So powerful was he that popurlar clergyman,musicians,actors, politicians and ordinary citizens are said to have thronged his shrine for assistance.

However it is reported that all is not well for people who had been given lucky charms and all sorts of things by Sekuru Ndunge. Those who still owed him for services rendered are also said to be living in agony after mysterious things started happening in their lives.

A zimdancehall artist who identifies himself as Gidza B has penned down a song calling on the spirit of sekuru Ndunge to exonerate those who were being victimized by his charms. He calls on all people to return whatever they had acquired from the later traditional healer. The song was produced by Chillspot records.

The singer alleged that those who had aought services from sekuru Ndunge were crying foul after experiencing strange things. This is not the first time an artist has highlighted the plight of those who were sekuru Ndunge’s clients. Sungura artist Sulumani Chimbetu also released a song calling upon people to return anything that they might have received from sekuru Ndunge.

Several strange things have been reported to be happening in Chipinge fter the death of sekuru Ndunge at his homestead. Even the recent cyclone Idai that ravaged parts of the country including Chipinge was said to have been brought about by the death of the traditional healer.
