Grade:D3/D5/E2-E5

Reports to: Provincial Field Officer

Department: War veterans Office

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Interpret the War veterans Act 2. Maintain the district register for War veterans, ex detainees, ex restrictees and Wat collaborators. 3. Process war veterans detainees, ex restrictees and war collaborators at District level. 4. Organize capacity developments workshops for War veterans, ex detainees, ex restrictees and war collaborators. 5 Any other duties that may arise.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

1. A social science degree or equivalent. 2. Knowledge of the war veterans and regulations. 3. A thorough understanding of national development policies and priorities eg Transitional stabilization Program me, Devolution and vision 2030 4. A high degree of maturity, self discipline and creativity. 5. Ability to handle confidential information. 6. Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision. 7. Ability to communicate at all levels. 8. Must be a self starter. 9 Should be computer literate. Women are encouraged to apply.
