Vacancy for ECD A PARA PROFESSIONAL TEACHERS
COMPETENCE AND SKILLS

1. 5 O levels including English language
2. A certificate in early childhood development
3. A certificate in first aid will be an added advantage
4. Be self driven,organised, results driven and good report writing skills
5. Be able to work as a team member with minimum supervision
6. Have mature disposition and be good at relating with ECD learner’s and the public
7. Have at least two working years experience with three traceable references

REPORTING
Reports to the Teacher in Charge infant, the Deputy head and the Head of the school

DUTIES

1. Delivering lessons, preparing instructional media,explain concepts,give oral exercises, give instructions to pupils, facilitates class discussions and activities.
2. Prepare scheme-cum plan, formulate lesson objectives,identify topics to be covered ,identify teaching methods
3. Assess learner’s perfomance, carry out continuous assessment
4. Supervise pupils work, allocate duties to pupils, monitor pupils’ activities,monitor discipline
5. Maintain records,prepare attendance register, balance register
6. Participate in circular activities, participate in sporting preparation calendar
