The Zimbabwe Passenger Company is looking for suitably qualified candidates to fill in the positions of CLINIC NURSE X 4
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Diagnosing and prescribing treatment to sick employees within prescribed healthcare regulations
2. Carrying out emergency first aid treatment for injuries at work
3. Screening sick employees for the company’s medical consultant’s attention
4. Assisting the company’s Medical consultant in carrying out medical examinations
5. Conducting health and safety education courses
6. Approving sick leave for staff
7. Coordinating the functions of health and safety committees at the company’s various depots
8. Ordering clinic drugs and ensuring their safe keeping
9. Updating and maintaining clinic records
10. Counselling employees on various mental or physical issues that affect their health and well being
11. Producing monthly clinic reports
12. Identifying occupational hazards and recommending corrective action to senior Management
    QUALIFICATIONS
    Diploma in General nursing
    5 O levels including Maths, English language and Maths
    Minimum of 3 years experience
    Industrial experience an added advantage
