Tributes continue to pour in following Ginimbi’s death
Celebrities have been sending condolence messages following the death of Genius Kadungure commonly known as Ginimbi. The flamboyant business man and socialite met his fate this morning in a car accident. Ginimbi was in the company of three friends Karim, Elisha and Moana who also died on the spot.
The nation woke up to the devastating news of his demise this morning. Former Zanu pf chief whip Saviour Kasukuwere described the young socialite as one who liked to work hard and play hard. He said the flower had wilted. Mai Titi also expressed heartbreak at the tragic turn of events.
Ginimbi was well known in high society. His vast business empire earned him a lot of recognition locally and beyond the country’s boarders. A few months ago, the socialite escaped death by a whisker when his newly acquired Lamborghini rammed into another car in his hometown of Domboshava.
Ginimbi’s last post on instagram showed him all excited and ready to go and celebrate Moana’s birthday. The two were known friends. The accident that occured in Borrowdale will forever linger in the minds of his many followers. Ginimbi leaves behind his vast business empire together with a fleet of luxurious cars including a lamborghini, two Ferraris and a Bentley.
Many have described the socialite who was also known as the king of all white parties as a very generous and laid back person. His Domboshava mansion was often flooded with locals whom he allowed inside. He also supported a lot of people in the arts industry as well as those from bus hometown.
