SABC3’s new reality show Presenter Search which follows the journey of hopeful presenters competing for a spot on the hit lifestyle show Top Billing has seen another Zimbabwean gunning for the most glamorous job on TV. So ladies and gentlemen get used to this name Arthur Evans and you can thank us later.

The Bulawayo born and raised successful entrepreneur and go to MC has always been a stand out since he was in high school. Arthur was the Headboy at St Patrick’s Christian College in Bulawayo and now he’s one of the top contenders for the next Top Billing presenter.

Evans has quite a resume behind his catchy name, he is a supermodel, has hosted many corporate and public events including the African Union Region five youth games live draw and also reading the news on ZBC.

The married father of one, is an amazing orator and a natural in front of the camera. Arthur has always known that presenting had his heart. He says he is his own biggest fan as well as his own biggest critic. “I believe that every speaking appointment is about adding value for others and not about me”, he says.

The first ever Top Billing presenter search was won by a fellow Zimbabwean, the late Simba Mhere and the show made him a household name. We know our people are easy to love and Evans might just be the next great thing to grace our screens.

We can’t wait for the world to witness what we already know and judging from how far he already is in the competition, we think he might take it all the way to the top!
