We are in a recovery process: Ndiraya

Dynamos coach Tonderai Ndiraya says his team is going through a recovery process following a rough patch were the team failed to brew the desired results in their quest to challenge for the title.

The Glamour Boys registered their second successive win at the weekend when they dismissed visiting Bulawayo Chiefs 2-0 at the National Sports Stadium on Sunday.

Tinotenda Muringai and Evans Katema gave the Harare giants all the three points as they leap frogged Chicken Inn to move to position 2 on 42 points on the log table.

Speaking after the match, Ndiraya pointed out that there is need to remain focused if the Glamour Boys are to maintain consistency.

“I am happy for the win, I think that is what is important. We are in a recovery process, recovering from the phase that we went through, a difficult one for that matter and I am happy that we are coming out of it. If we get three wins in a row then I will safely say we are over that rough patch,” he said.

Although pleased with the win the DeMbare gaffer was not impressed with team’s general performance.

“I really wanted us to replicate the form that we had a Chicken Inn but unfortunately, I didn’t get that from the boys but all the same they put up a good show. We were not as fluid as we were last week but I am happy with the three points,” he said.

The win saw Dynamos leapfrogging the Gamecocks into second position owing to a superior goal difference.
