Pokello reflects on turning 34.

Zimbabwean socialite Pokello Nare recently went down memory lane and reminisced on past mistakes and achievements as she reflected on turning 34. The queen of swagger celebrated her birthday this past weekend in a rosy affair with countless bouquets of the beautiful flowers arranged in her house. She also had a showstopping pink and gold crusted cake made.

Pokello posted a picture of herself in a gorgeous, flawless gown with bright bursts of colour and posed a question,” What does 34 look like”. She then gave her own inclinations of what turning 34 meant to her. Pokello stated that it meant she was a mother of two boys who felt undaunted by fame and success. She highlighted that she was living testimony that one can start early, start over, feel uncertain, pivot, try and fail and still succeed. Pokello’s birthday message seemed to exhort all women to make bold decisions in their lives. She finished off her reflection with the words,” When there is no enemy within, the enemies outside cannot hurt you”. She also encouraged fellow ladies never to settle and forget their ability to fly.

Pokello seems to have been reminiscing on her life and the decisions she has had to make in order to cement her career. Of course, she has had her fair share of downfalls and controvesial rub ins with other people. Her leaked sex tape featuring rapper Stunner, her divorce to Ghanaian artist Elikem and her constant attacks on social media are some of the issues the queen of swagger has had to deal with in the public domain.

That has not stopped her from pursuing her dreams. Pokello boasts of a successful career with so many brands endorsing her. She also established her own shoe line Pokello pink bottoms, which seems to be doing very well. Most fans have been wishing their favourite queen of style and class a happy birthday.
