Inspired Worship 2025 Set to Ignite Zimbabwe’s Gospel Scene with Two-Day Worship Experience

One of Zimbabwe’s most spiritually impactful gospel events is making a triumphant return—Inspired Worship 2025. Bigger, deeper, and more dynamic than ever, this year’s edition promises a transformative two-day encounter at Celebration Centre in Borrowdale on 8 and 9 August.
Spearheaded by celebrated gospel musician Tembalami, the event has evolved from a simple act of obedience into a nationwide movement. First launched in 2022 during a deeply emotional period following the loss of his father, Tembalami recalls, “I had just lost my dad, but I still had to show up. Worship is not about convenience—it’s about obedience.”
That moment of personal sacrifice became the foundation for Inspired Worship, which has since grown into a robust worship and training platform influencing churches and ministries across Zimbabwe and beyond.
The 2025 edition introduces a fresh, practical dimension with day one—Friday, 8 August—dedicated to a series of masterclasses tailored for worship leaders, musicians, church tech teams, and sound engineers. With a focus on elevating the standard of worship ministry, sessions will cover songwriting, worship leading, sound design, lighting, video production, and team dynamics.
“Worship takes up half of the church service,” explains Tembalami. “We can’t afford not to invest in it. Equipping worship teams has been on my heart for years.”
This initiative aims to reshape how churches view worship—not as filler, but as a powerful, structured ministry that requires intentional growth, excellence, and anointing. Participants will be mentored by top-tier gospel professionals who bring both spiritual depth and practical expertise to the table.
Featured speakers and facilitators include acclaimed artists and worship leaders such as Janet Manyowa, Minister Michael Mahendere, and Takesure Zamar, as well as South Africa-based sound engineer Remember Chaitezvi. These gospel giants will share ministry insights and behind-the-scenes lessons drawn from hit songs like Zadzisa, Kuregerera in Advance, and Messiah.
Saturday, 9 August, marks the climax of the event with a high-energy worship concert expected to draw hundreds of believers from across the country. The all-star lineup includes Nyasha Mutonhori, Janet Manyowa, Pastor Bonnie Deuschle, Minister Michael Mahendere, Joyful Praise Choir, Takesure Zamar, and, of course, Tembalami himself.
“These are not just talented artists—they’re friends and fellow ministers who carry a deep heart for worship,” Tembalami noted. The concert promises to be more than a musical showcase—it will be a night of spiritual encounter, unity, and celebration of Zimbabwe’s gospel heritage.
At its heart, Inspired Worship is not just an event—it’s a call to revival and excellence. It invites church communities and individual worshippers to rethink how they steward the presence of God through music and ministry.
Whether you’re a worship team leader, a choir member, a sound technician, or simply someone longing for deeper intimacy with God, Inspired Worship 2025 offers something for everyone.
