1 Reduce the number of washes.

2 Trim the ends.
Make sure to trim the split ends of your hair and thereafter treat the ends with a deep conditioning treatment at least once a week. Trimming the ends also enables hair growth. This measures your hair will gain more length.
3 Reduce heat styling.
