Young boy blows up the internet by singing Hello Mwari
A young boy has literally blown up the internet with his performance. The small, primary school kid was recorded dancing and singing Jah Master’s song Hello Mwari. So impressive was his performance that some people have been encouraging him to take up the mic.
Clad in some khakhi shorts and cross belts just like the singer, the young boy puts on a spirited performance. He even mimicks the way in which Jah Master dances along to the song. A blower is straddled in front of him to represent the microphone and it’s all systems go for the young man. Hello Mwari has become a household chant. Jah Master clearly outdid himself on the song.
The song was done on the Nash nation riddim. Hello Mwari has been trending on you tube and other platforms. It currently has more views than the other songs done on the same riddim. Freeman is trailing behind in second position and Mai Titi’s “Survivor” is in their place. Nash tv announced that the artist to get more views would get USD 1000 00.
Some people praised the young boy and claimed the future of zimdancehall is in safe hands. Others merely laughed and said schools must reopen for sure if such was to continue happening.
Hello Mwari is a song that speaks of one thing to engage with the almighty for protection against enemies. In the song, Jah Master speaks of how he will overcome adversaries that are plotting his downfall through the help of God. It is quite an exciting song with such great lyrics that it has almost replaced the national anthem
