Sharp nails debate

Prominent radio personality Monica Chanda on Sunday posted an image of vampire looking nails which she said she would never consider when getting her nails done.

The nails have very sharp edges and appear to have been embraced by some as fashion trends continuously change. In a post on facebook Monica posts a set of done nails and passes a comment to the effect that she would never attempt to put on nails that resemble those of a vampire.

Nails have over the years become a critical part in ensuring a woman looks the part at important occassions. Gone are the days when nails were deemed as an afterthought in the whole process of seeking to ensure one sports the perfect look.

Colour and shape are both very fundamental in how one looks with the choice of colour these days determined by the dress one will be wearing. Manicuarists have a decision as to whether they will attempt to come up with a shade of colour that matches with a dress or seek to match with one make up or hair tone.
