1. Position title: Communication Assistant
   Job type: Part-Time (Volunteer)
   Description: Solutions Network and is neutral politically, non-denominational, aim to empowering youth worldwide. The Communication Assistant will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day communication tasks and will be expected to produce high-quality communication materials, help to organize press events, contribute to online media through digital communication platforms, and act as a media liaison. 2. Position title: Deputy Representative
   Job type: Part-Time (Volunteer)
   Description: The Deputy Representative promotes partnerships, synergy and strategic alliances with counterparts in government, bi-lateral and multi-lateral agencies and civil society. She/he is a member of the IYF Senior Country Team. She/he acts in absence of the Representative, and supports the Representative in the overall management of the Country Team. The incumbent is responsible for substantially contributing to the design, implementation, management and oversight of the country program and to the operations supporting its implementation to ensure effective and efficient delivery of results as planned at national, and regional level. 3. Position title: Innovation Assistant
   Job type: Part-Time (Volunteer)
   Description: Under guidance of Assistant Secretary General on Innovation, The Innovation Assistant coordinate various innovation initiatives across the country, build and maintain Innovation portfolio at national level ensuring that IYF has a defined and consistent innovation approach, implementing new digital marketing strategies and innovative solutions that will ensure stability and increase in IYF’s performance and revenue. 4. Position title: Youth Development Assistant
   Job type: Part-Time (Volunteer)
   Description: Under guidance of Assistant Secretary General on Youth Development, Youth Development Assistant is responsible for researching and implementing youth development programs that build competencies and support positive youth development character enrichment. Eligibility

• Only (18-38) age is accepted for this position.
• All nationalities are accepted for application – remote volunteering is possible.
• Highly interested in Lithuanian youth empowerment, youth issues.
• Fluency in English is essential.
