Sales executives wanted at leading freight company
A leading organisation in the freight, forwarding and customs clearing sector is looking for vibrant, talented and motivated individuals to fill the posts of sales executives. The positions will be based in Harare and Mutare region.
KEY PERFOMANCE AREAS
-Arranging sales visits with prospective clients
-Customer communication and long term relationship building at strategic level
- Supplier negotiations and bench marking
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings for sales purposes
- Preparation and submission of tenders
-Presentations to new and existing clients - Design sales strategy,formulate services offered, formulate rate structure for those services and collect sales visit
-Analysis of competitors and clients’ busines - To research and provide in depth market knowledge within target industry for internal and external use
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
A degree in marketjng, SFAAZ Diploma
A Diploma in Customs legislation Procedures is an added advantage
Must have a clean class four driver’s license
Security clearance will be required for the successful candidate
Perseverance, Confidence and Patience is a must for this position
EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE
3-4 Years relevant experience in a marketing/sales/business development role within the logistics /freight or similar environment
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) at all levels
Strong solution providing skills for e business
Full MS office package
Excellent presentation skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
