UK-Based Gospel Singer Walter Chahwanda Arrested on Sexual Offence Charges

Zimbabwean gospel singer, model, and pastor Walter Chahwanda, 33, has been arrested in the UK on multiple sexual offence charges, including rape. Chahwanda, who leads the Walter Chahwanda Ministries, was taken into custody on Thursday, March 13, following an investigation by Merseyside Police.
Authorities have charged him with rape, assault by penetration, and sending indecent images with the intent to cause alarm, distress, or humiliation.
