The candidate must be:

• Be mature and responsible
• Be a holder of diploma in Hotel catering and management
• Have a minimum of 5 years commendable experience in planing menus and cooking for manual workers
• experience in mining and environment is an added advantage
• Be immediately available
• Be willing in a remote location and environment
