Tatenda Mahachi Announces Star-Studded Line-Up for Live Recording and Album Launch

With just one week remaining until his highly anticipated live recording and album launch, gospel artist Tatenda Mahachi has revealed the full line-up of supporting acts for his event on 10 October 2025 at Harare’s 7 Arts Theatre.

The line-up includes gospel heavyweights Dr Winnie Mashaba, Sabastian Magacha, King David, Baba na Mai Charamba, Kuda Mutsvene, and Jonah Chivasa. Their participation promises an evening of powerful ministry and uplifting worship, making the concert one of the most anticipated events on Zimbabwe’s gospel calendar this year.

“The time is finally here. We are only a few days away from what I believe will be one of the most memorable worship experiences in Zimbabwe. My team and I are ready, and I know God is going to do something truly special on this night,” Mahachi said.

He added that the guest artists bring unique gifts that will make the night unforgettable. “Dr Winnie Mashaba, Sabastian Magacha, King David, Baba na Mai Charamba, Kuda Mutsvene, and Jonah Chivasa are some of the most anointed voices in gospel music. Their presence will ensure that this event is not just a concert, but a true time of prayer, worship, and spiritual renewal.”

The event will also feature the unveiling of Mahachi’s upcoming album Renewed, which includes tracks such as Muri Mwari and Ndine Simba. The project features collaborations with Freeman HKD on Namata and Dr Winnie Mashaba on his 2022 single A Friend, adding depth and variety to the new release.
