Coventry scoops third gold medal at African Games

Zimbabwe’s queen of the waters Kirsty Coventry again hogged the spotligfht after scooping a third gold medal at the African Games in Congo Brazzaville.

Coventry added to her gold medals in the 100m backstroke and 200m individual medley events after she powered to another gold in the 200m backstroke event on Friday.

Zimbabwe’s swimming sensation as a result took her medals tally to three gold medals at Africa’s biggest sporting extravaganza.
