Miss Teen Zimbabwe shines in the US.

Miss Teen Zimbabwe, Wadzanai Munzvongi has recently made her nation proud by being crowned first princess at the recently held Miss Teen Continentals in the United States of America. The young beauty beat off stiff competition from countries such as Canada and USA.

The event was held in Las Vegas. Youthful beauty queens from all over the world took part in the contest and the first prize went to South Africa. Our very own Munzvongi took home the crown for first princess.

Munzvongi expressed gratitude to her family for their support She said she was thankful to her family and her coach who had made it possible for her to be where she currently is. Munzvongi is only 19 years old. Her future in the modelling industry clearly looks bright considering the milestones that she has managed to reach. Munzvongi will certainly continue to be a torch bearer for other aspiring models in Zimbabwe.

Zimbabwe is renowned for its beautiful women and being recognized at such a level is quite a humbling experience for the young poet. Wadzanai had beat 19 other contestants at the Miss Teen pegeant in Harare in May this year. She had impressed the judges during the question and answer segment with her eloquence and intelligence.
